For example, if you are using the Site to request the Company Materials, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, company name, address and e-mail address (your “Personal Information”). This information will only be used by the Company to fulfill your specific request. The e-mail addresses we retain will be used only for the narrow purposes for which they were supplied by you — e.g., to provide the Company Materials or other information specifically requested by you. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION 

You agree that the Company may share your Personal Information with third parties in one or more of the following circumstances: (1) we have your express written consent to share the information or (2) we find that your actions on the Site violate any of the Company usage guidelines for specific products or services. The Company may provide aggregate statistics about users, traffic patterns and other information to third parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information. Finally, The Company may disclose your Personal Information in the following circumstances: (1) when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights of the Company or to anyone that could be harmed by such activities; (2) when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; (3) to our affiliates or related companies or to any third party that may acquire the Company; (4) in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person; or (5) to protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, the site or the users of The Company services. 

HOW YOU CAN REVIEW OR CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

You can contact the Company by post to the address below or by e-mail to COMPLIANCE@CORESPECIALTY.COM to learn if we are keeping Personal Information about you. If we do have Personal Information about you, we will provide you with a readable copy of such Personal Information at no charge (usually) within 1 month. Factual errors in your Personal Information, including information that is out of date, can be corrected by sending us a request that sufficiently details how your Personal Information should be corrected. We encourage you to promptly update your Personal Information if it changes. Please note, we may need to ask you to verify your identity. 

OPT-OUT PROCEDURES 

You may always opt-out of the use of personal Information or of receiving communications from us. To remove any Personal Information or to not receive future e-mail communications from the Company, send an e-mail to COMPLIANCE@CORESPECIALTY.COM with the word “remove” in the subject line. SECURITY OF INFORMATION 

You can be assured that your Personal Information collected through the Site is secure and is maintained in a manner consistent with current industry standards, laws and regulations. OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY 

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.
